pk, yes, the darker area is meant to show the depth of this person and how easy it is to just get lost in it as well as being surrounded by this lovely light. =)
quite a detour and an original take.. i find a prospect of getting lost in the dark core, which is my personal feeling.. well in that sense for some the darker aspects, whether in nature or human life, are more charming.. at least its true for me.. if i find light on one extreme of the tunnel, and darkness on the other, i would tend to go towards the darkness despite all the dangers and fear.. thats true for an explorationist mind obsessed with curiosities..
I find it a fine, intriguing and different perspective on floral abstracts..
