aluminum in granite works very fine for me, what is intriguing about this shot is the darkness, it feels like a living creature crawling further down...well done

Agree with you my friend, you are right.
This is a hospital back door. For that reason i shot it bottom-up. Usually patients passes recumbent from there. I think you are a little bit clairvoyant.
