Anne, what can I say - thanks. I have posted this photo, brighter and with better contrast, on another site prior to this site. Yes, it is too dark and muddy, with indistinct elements, though I am happy with the composition.
Again, thank you Anne for taking a look. You are a good teacher!

Hi Michael,
There is a lot to like about this one.
Firstly, rain makes a very satisfying filter, and the distortions through the glass window are wonderful. There definitely is a story, or several here: The man caught in the rain, looking at the woman who is fortunate to have an umbrella albeit dinged up!. The lady across the street under a canopy also trying to stay dry.
Interesting framing with the two glasses, but most of all awesome distortions of limbs in each glass.
What I do wish is that the image was a bit brighter, with some more contrast.
I've attempted a modification to show you what I mean. There is a lot to work with here and a simple adjustment in contrast is all I've done. I did not go full contrast adjustment, as I think you wanted this to be a bit dark to show the atmosphere of the day.

Michael, I really like this one! The wine glasses frame the peacfulness of the inside with the contrasts of the chaos on the outside of the window pane. Clearly you see the tension and dissatisfaction of the man in the window with the rain to stay dry or catch a cab maybe; or wishing he had an umbrella like the guy walking by, yet the cars move on and the people across the street continue to do what they do--fantastic street capture--7+ in my book, this photo really tells a story
Thanx, Almax
