Hi Krishnendu, actually our last visit was a few years ago. We went from New Delhi to Varanasi (Delhi/New Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, City with Erotic Temple - can't remember the name, through the smaller villages to Varanasi - we had a driver) then we flew to Nepal and back to Delhi. A great trip (if you click on India/Nepal on my home page I have some of the shots - and a few going back to 1985, my first visit). We want to go again soon (hopefully late 2011 - India is changing so fast). Want to make it to your area - West Bengal/Kolkata and explore the south (Chennai and other cities, still must research) and lower west coast - Goa to Kerala. Hope we can put it together for late 2011 - early 2012 at the latest. Take care, Mark

Yes Varanasi is street photographers delight. you can find a number of different activities around you over there :) When were you there last year. i was also in Varanasi during 26th to 31st Dec.
