You are correct and still my senses say there are 3 images in this shot ...
probably my perception is seeing 3 story lines in the shot ........ ( 3 possible ways of interpretation )

intresting observation ...it is a single image ...i think the "3D" treapment makes it look more of a composite then a single shot .

it was lit with bowens 1000 , 2 rim lights hard , and some softer front light but partialy masked
