Shooting aircraft in flight is more challenging compared to catching it asleep on the apron, that I am aware.
I am also a spotter and sideways, static photos are a must. If you notice on the border of the unfortunate photo ( and the rest in that series ) I stated particulars of the aircraft, the reggie as well as the location I spotted it.
