@ Stan Hill - thanks for your comment. i used a b&w 110 nd filter (10 stops) to get the 160 second exposure to get the effect.

Great POV and I like the zoom blur if that is how you got the streaks in the clouds. Nice composition and this is the best view of the bridge I have seen in a while. When I got back from Nam I got out of the service at Treasure Island. Been a long time since I saw this bridge. That was in 1970. Give us back some critiques when you can, would like your view on what else is going on UF.
