It's interesting to see so many of the colours in the vertical stripes echoed in the colourful cyclist. If she was a friend, you could have had her cycle past at different speeds to see the effect of motion blur... the clear vertical lines would have contrasted even more sharply with horizontal motion blur... But I guess she was just a happy chance.

I like the effect of the background and the contrast between the vertical line and the horizontal motion of the cycle.. A nice work. I would perhaps crop the upper part on the lines which brings noting to the composition in MHO.
