Ther is a fourth dimension in the "normal" world, Gustavo. It is called "time" by physics. Now, time in physics is definitely not the same with time as we experience it. Most people will do the mistake to identify one with the other but this makes no difference. On you images I *do* see some vague hints toward the time as defined in physics, and so I have to be rather curious and stick my nose into your methods. It is intriguing, after all, to see so much potential still remaing at the very start of its possible evolution...
Go further! Go further from the admittedly "nice" images onward to the strinking ones. You do have the means to do that, but you still are nor really aware of your own powers. And this is no joke, Gustavo.
I have to wait.

Hola Luis!, una alegría leerte, ya te estaba extrañando aunque te suponía muy ocupado o de vacaciones!, de todas formas nuestro común amigo "chules", me fue trayendo noticias tuyas. Qué buen fin de semana pasamos aquí!...:-)
Al respecto de este trabajo, últimamente estoy haciendo imágenes como resultado de "fusionar" (modos de fusión del PS) varias fotos (como una exposición múltiple pero con más posibilidades): algunas aportan las formas, otras los colores y texturas, otras incluso, algunos elementos o personajes como en "Saint George and the dragon".
En este caso además del boceto a medio colorear en marrones de Marcelo Ferreyra donde aún se notan sus trazos a lápiz y que incluí en un comment, utilicé una foto de rocas de la lobería (que casualmente tomé con Txules), para darle formas, texturas, luces y sombras. Luego usé un fragmento de un mural para ponerle colores más intensos. Finalmente le pude la máscara que en este caso la tome directamente de internet aunque la modifiqué bastante, cada foto se fusiona de una manera diferente según mi gusto.
Así en términos generales, porque a cada foto la voy modificando mucho para que se integren a partir de lo que quiero lograr...
Bueno Luis, un gusto tener noticias tuyas, y luego de un fin de semana inolvidable con Txules y Arantxa, solo me queda que te vengas vos y no pierdo las esperanzas... sabes que además, me lo debes...:-)

No alcanzo a comprender es un proceso digitalizado tuyo desde un cuadro de Marcelo Ferreyra...? Los trazos, quiere decir que se trata de un croquis y vos le das el color...De cualqueir manera creo que tanto esta como otras recientes están muy logradas.- Un abrazo afectuoso.- LUIS:)

Tenes razón que esta foto se podría hacer con exposiciones múltiples, en definitiva es el mismo principio, aunque la técnica, la forma, cambie.
Picasso, maestro de maestros, siempre me ha influido como a Macelo Ferreyra también y a tantos. Por supuesto, lo nuestro es muuuucho, mas humilde!...:-).
Es cierto que tiendo a hacer imágenes planas pero siempre tengo en cuenta tus consejos de buscar una cierta espacialidad... aunque me cueste!...

La verdad Riny, me cuesta entender tu comentario. Esta no es una foto en el sentido tradicional, es un collage digital o como prefieras definirlo, hasta te diría que está mas cerca de la pintura que de la fotografía. En tal sentido, y por ser además una imagen totalmente plana, no tiene ningún tipo de "espacialidad" y por lo tanto de profundidad de campo (DOF). Tampoco tiene "enfoque". Uno no dice de una pintura que está bien o mal enfocada. Es sí, una imagen de detalles bien definidos y colores intensos..., creo...:-)

Now, this one could have been a very very well done multiple exposure! The technical part is great, allowing the spectator to see all great vivid colors and also the main subject in that great sea of shapes and contours. Still very flat but the sudden changes from light to shadow in such a vivid palette has its own charm. In some way it reminds me of that time of Picasso, when he was just a step before inventing cubism.

Gracias Marcus por tus palabras, y qué cosa que cada cultura encuentra asociaciones distintas en cada icono: para Grabriella es Parvati, y a vos te lleva al carnaval!.
Algo más que quiero transmitirte, es que yo pienso que la fotografía o la pintura, como cualquier proyecto, o arte, puede ser un trabajo en equipo, y suelo tomar muchas muestras del arte de otros y recrearlas según mi propia estética, muchas veces trabajando en conjunto, eso sí, siempre reconozco el aporte de los demás.
Suele haber entre los artistas plásticos la idea errada de que la obra debe ser absolutamente propia, el mito de la "originalidad" y "exclusividad", y donde está eso establecido?. Si se fotografía una obra de arquitectura, antes hay un arquitecto, si se trata de una escena de baile, antes hay un vestuarista, un coreógrafo y los propios bailarines...(tal vez unicamente con la naturaleza está solo el fotógrafo y esto también es opinable) como te dije, un trabajo en equipo!...:-)
