My sincere opinion is that it has been many many years since I have had this feeling in my chest and throat, but I feel it now, looking at this photograph. Yes, it is true work.

Ana,
This photo is an interior photo - a dialogue with oneself in oneself and it is very dark - that makes it very hard to view and critique from a objective standpoint.
From an emotional standpoint, this probably can't be improved on.
From a technical standpoint there seems to be some scrapes or dirt that a technician would say to remove. However, I don't think that a clean photo would improve this image and it might hurt it.
The problem is Ana, I have sympathy for both the mood of this photo and for your style (which is so far away from the norm here that it is hard to critique). Consequently, my opinion is not very objective.
