I agree, Mark. Hearing how the White House is about to compromise away the public option was making me physically nauseaus, and I had to turn off the TV.
Why in the world would they attempt to 'compromise' with people determined to kill the bill? That's INSANE!

Thanks, David. The main reason for the low POV is that I did not have my tripod. ;) So, I had to place my camera at the pond's edge to get this shot.

Paul, Beautifully done. I really like the extreme low angle of the shot, giving more treatment to the water. Having lived within 30 miles of this for almost all of my life, I have seen thousands of pictures of this monument. Your approach here is refreshing. Next time you are in town let me know. Dave
