Sorry for my late reply to your question, but I have to translate it because I have Photoshop CS4 in German and I hope that I found the right explanation for you. Of course Avi I will say to you how I did this effect. The dog was running wit the stick to me and I did this effect in Photoshop CS4. You have to select your object, then you have to go under TOOLS-FAST SELECTION TOOL ( I don’t know exactly the right name in English, it’s under the Magic Wand Tool) than INVERSE ,go under FILTER ,BLUR and than RADIAL BLUR ,then you have only to do the intensity and if you want to do it radial or circular. ..Enter and you will have this effect. You can also do it with the camera immediately. I hope that I could help you with my not so good translation!
