I love your story, i will defenitely try orange tints on b/w photography ;-)

I just gave an answer to a lovely lady from India, and I feel it covers your story as well:

"dear ....( indian lady )

Your opinion is as good as my opinion, not better, not worse. We have different vision based on culture, age, karma, health. So I am please you have a different opinion :-)

And it is up to Vehbi to decide what to do with it. What is his purpose :

to please us? then change the photo to our wishes

a personal statement ? he uses only what fits

a joined project ? he will collect input and discuss a new proposal to us

( this is your message Panyakit !! )<<<

555 Harry...may I share this..if we can leave a qualification term alone...let say prism, there're many dimensions; too many dimensions that normal human's eyes can see them all in 1 time, you're on 1 side of a prism and y might see blue , on the other hand Vehbi is sitting right in opposite side then he found red radiated from another side. If you guys don't talk to each other due to bla...limited understanding occured...blue alone always make too much noices - red alone seems slightly too dark sometime..so why don't y guys blending between red50% and blue50% then we can come up with an alternative tone, ORANGE. Orange might b a perfect element for many B&W photographs because of its maintainable dark sky (many photographers happy with that) with a lively floorground and background.

Regards,
Panyakit C.

Wonderful capture vehbi and I see that u have decided for a series, this is surprising me everyday and your exchange with wolf also!Hints of a flower on the left hand side enhanced the esthetic value of the capture. The Hairclip also adds much + the pixel!

Amitava

white b/g works positive here, its a "contre-jour" (french) capture
suggestions:

the hairpin at the right top edge is reality, still I would choose to clone it out.

remove the white pixel on her cheeck

use brushes to increase the white in her eyes

apply luminance "vignetting" with ger nise as center point

all mentioned as positive constructive suggestions
you may decide, my teacher
