Thanks for sharing the details of the person. I was indeed led to believe he comes from the city by his beard, cap, jacket and tattoo. Now that you say it, he does look a bit like one of the bikers. But I cannot whine any longer... my purpose is served; I have your attention, and I know that you are not a casual shooter and think of these things. For me that's enough !

I assure you that he's 110 percent rustic and his visits to the nearest cities can be counted on the fingers of one hand!I've been photographing him for 5 or six years now and can assure you that his is a hard life...his day starting at five in the morning and finishing well after sundown having taken his herd back to the farm.I've been encouraging him not to cut his beard but maybe now he looks like a Harley Davidson biker!I'll have to discourage the use of that cap ...to please you.!

Massive harsh contrasts made a decent exposure impossible but I like the 3 of them together on the hill.Five minutes later a man appeared on a white horse and I had the same exposure problems.He later disappeared having fallen off the horse-fortunately unhurt- and while Francisco ran off to help him, me and my dog were left to control 500 hundred goats!!!It was fun!

A little blown out in parts, looks like a difficult exposure, but a classic image in the Smallman style nonetheless
