Re: purple- this also was blue to start off with. Adjusting white balance can help, or, isolate the petals, then with color adjustment (PS, image> adjustments> color balance) add a little red or magenta till it looks like it should. (isolate with quick selection tool)

You really caught the soul of this flower. Your focus, DOF, and choice of black gackground really present this beautiful flower in all its glory. It seems that when ever I try to capture a purple flower, it usually comes out blue. Darryl
