Thanks a lot for the nice comment, Andre!

I would also wish, back in thise times, that it was the end if the day, but infortunately the distant office wanted me to be there in time. You can imagine that had to push myself to stay awake! ;-)

Cheers!

This series has that moody, end of the day look to it Nick. Even though the title says Early morning reflection. I like to imagine settling back in the train chair for the trip home from a long day at work, rather than going to work. ;)

Thanks a lot for the nice comment, Gustavo!

I am especially glad if it conveys speed and motion, since the train was standing when I shot it. It is the diffuse reflections of the rails and the out of focus background that make it look "speedy".

Cheers!

Thanks a lot for the nice and detailed comment, Visar! I am also glad for that window! One of the best filters I ever had, and hey! It's for free! ;-)

Cheers!

Thanks a lot for the nice comment again, Marcio!

There was no real motion here. I think it is only conveyed by the presence of the many reflections along the rails.

Cheers!

Thanks a lot for the nice comment, Indranil!

There is no motion here, though. The planks are completely still and they would be the first to show motion blur if the train was rolling. I think that the "moving look" is a trick of the eye because of the many reflections parallel to the rails and because of the shallow DoF that left the background out of focus.

Cheers!

Thank you very much for the nice comment, Stan!

The diffuse light was the main thing that attracted my attention here. To a big part it was the result of shooting behind the window of the train.

Cheers!

Hi Nick,

you were lucky to have been in the train cabin, behind the glass- which has produced that nice reflection on where the sun hits the rails- and draws parallel reflection of some abstract character!
the exposure works hand in hand with the content of the composition- for it shows only the necessary elements: the crossing of the lines and the ground is paid not much attention-

a fine abstraction Nick,
cheers,
v.

I would not say for sure which I liked more, this or the previous...

I like that shot in the vertical and the sense of movement..
Good added a small shows the line curve..hugs.

Tone is fantastic Nick and like the framing too. Great light reflection you got there. Love the motion blur effect too.
