Again a well lit and shot photo, but it's back to a "model and a baby", not a "mum and her baby" shot. "Virginia's love" and "everyone needs a bosom" show the connection between mother and child, this shot you could subsitute the baby for anything e.g. a bottle of wine and you would have the same connection between the model and what she is holding.
How about bringing the baby to her chest, his head on the closest shoulder, to the camera, looking out and you'll be able to get away with Virginia looking at the camera, though it would be a stronger shot if she was looking at him and you shot it from a lower POV. my 2c cheers Jason
