The stone of the hotel balcony under the early sunlight in Florence was another good opportunity. Any comments would be very welcome.
BTW, should you ever spend some days in Florence, then especially outside the main seasons take a look at http://www.parkpalace.com/ . A great place with absolutely reasonable prices and surely the best atmosphere I ever saw in a hotel. Don't expect the exaggerated luxury of some "aristocratic palace". But expect old stone like this, nice balconies, completely open doors to any place, much history, and a very bohemian attitude. It's quiet, rather unknown, and the only hotel I know where the boss himself just comes for a talk, drives you around, or gets some drinks with you in the still of the night.
Hi Nick, your photographs describe very interesting ideas and thoughts! I like this one in particular! And its always good to see photographs taken with film! Regards.
Surely it would be possible, Saad. I just didn't have the details of the outside in mind but only the details of exactly those stones. Should I have details of the outside in mind, I guess I wouldn't try to capture them through those narrow gaps but directly.
So, here it is only about that stone, and not about anything else. I think that this capture could be much better, but not because the details behind it are not as well visible. Rather because the look and feel of stone itself could look better.
a good shot ,according to your description of the place, isn't that possible to show some outside details through the columns of these stone, surly you know how to do it,it seems that you have enjoyed the trip, good to you, cheers, Saad.
