It can have many reasons, Nihit! Could you olease tell me exactly what you did from the shot until the upload?
The image can be taken care also after the whole process since the pixelated regions are so small. But even better it it to try to eliminate that before it has a chance to appear.

I find your composition quite well done here, Nihit! A bit of the machine, a bit of the background buildings, and a bit of the dried out grass, and all that in a rather tight and integrated color palette. I could imagine it a bit better without the cuts on the machine at the left, but still it has its good tension between objects on the foreground (near) and on the background (far) with the same amount if good details. The exposure balance is well balanced too and kept textures intact almost everywhere.
Some small pixelation of contours here and there, like for example on some of the grass.
