At first glance I thought this was a reflection in a globe. Very nicely done. And the circle effect is not one that I am aware of. Is this a standard filter or soemthing added to PS7?

Interesting and good work! I like the circle effect, it makes it very unusual! Nice sepia tones as well. I would just prefer another colour around the circle. I don't really like the combination of sepia and this lilac. I think black would be great!
