Thanks and appreciation of all the nice comments and encouragement. In fact they are in the process of radical reform of this historic building. As for the tower. They will be removing the plaster and re-class place new ones.

I like the intricacy of the scaffolding and the birds in flight. The tower is a very nice structure worth preserving. Are they going to re plaster over the existing surface? Have a great New Year and my best to all of your friends and family.
