This whole situation needs some maintenance Tommaso.
I'm afraid that some fresh layer of paint will not be the entire solution.
Fortunately not being the owner or renting the house,
I also notice a stunning beauty in the remaining colors and the geometry of all elements so nicely composed in one single frame.

Excellent window and most of all FRAME! You include the bottom architecture elements very well into the frame, plus the amazing color composition here about the azure - blues on the top against the brown of the bottom of the frame, an excellent photo of that subject.
