Good night image, Dave, especially as it seems to isolate the few light curves of that contours of that coach in the night. Perhaps a bit less of the dark sky aboove it could help (attached crop).
There are very good details in the image which allow me to inspect what is going on. On some places the white lights seem to be a bit "hard" to me. That is, without any kind of transitions between light and shadow.
BTW, I think a less "frontal" composition would bring much more here.
