The third image of this sub-series with a similar subject like on "The devil was a piece of wood". May all fearfull superstition be replaced by fearless objectivism to believe what *is* and not what one *thinks* that must be.
On the image now, the black iron bar puzzles me. It it any good there? Any comments would be very welcome.
I attached it for getting an impression of what it *could* look like in case the bar was covered completely with ice, Aziz. It would be a "pure" photo if captured under such conditions, but as you say it would look somehow less "real".
Thanks a lot, Aziz! Just for getting an idea what it would do look like without the bar, I tried a very quick and very dirty clone. (Attachment.) It looks to me more consistent but with less contrast then. I guess the dark metal bar offers a high contrast against the white ice. But still I would like to try that out in deep winter when (perhaps) the metal bar is covered with ice thoroughly. Let's see what it could look like then.
