Very well, you learn quickly! ;-)

And so we can can convert the old greek sentence for memorizing the first few digits of π. It was:

Αει ο θεος ο μεγας γεωμετρει (= Always god the great geometrizes). The number of letters of each word results into: 3.14159

From now on it shall be:

Αει ο Αβις ο μεγας καπνιζειν (= Always Avi the great smokes) which results into the same firt few digits of π. And which also demonstrates how tightly interconnencted all those things are. Smoking, drinking, photography, mathematics and the universe! We must be really cosmic! Or perhaps also... comics! ;-)

Cheers!

Thanks a lot for the nice comment, Roby!

The grain was good for me too on this sub-series as it fits the look and feel of a "grainy universe". I didn't think about the vintage look that it causes in addition, but now that you said that, I think too that it makes it look aged, especially together with the tones.

Thanks a lot again!

And wait until you see the curves on the rest of this series for you, Avi! Or what did you think? That I dedicated to you something without geometry??? ;-)

Cheers!

well nick, another idea, another nice series, and just a fine grainy from the film! added a new sensation to the frame, so old, so great, so vintage!
i like it so much, my friend.. have all the best!

Good variation on the theme, Nick, and I think the grain adds to the image.
