My dear Saad, know that many people share the pain and suffering that so many of you have had to endure. I have so many friends that are fighting for an end to the war and it's injustice to so many people. I would end it tomorrow if I could. I am so affected by the sad news of bombings, kidnapping and the meaningless loss of life that has happened to so many innocent people. To me life is so sacred and I can not believe that any one should have to suffer because of belief or by geological fate. We are all created equal in the eyes of our creator. We have different paths but should always treat and respect all people. I care deeply for all and only want the best outcome we could ever hope for. These are hard times for all of mankind. Hoping a time for you to reconnected to all that are dear to you. Be well, Stan

dearest Stan, thank you for sending the greetings to Gnome, and I always thanks my God for providing me this connection, which I consider it as my only windows to connect with nice people and friends all over the world,I don't want to bother you by my news, but I will tell you only this,my dearest friends that I know for the last thirty years have fled from Iraq,to USA,Brazil,Syria, and Jordan, left alone with other three friends, and we used to meet at a field by the river Tigris, every Thursday, that is before 2003,the last time we have met at Mosul is one year ago at my home,I have invited them to meet again at the end of fasting month just six days ago,in the feast I mean, and came the death of my grand mother so we post pone the meeting to the next feast, this is the simplest thing about the friendship in Iraq,DISCONNECTED. for your knowledge I am not worried, and I want you too, cause there is a light coming for sure, there is a God watching, and there is a huge number of good people like you, praying,my deepest regards, and wishes, Saad.

Hi Harry, if mama had caught me to eat she would have been disappointed. I have large bones and not much meat. The grizzly always has my attention. Only been close twice, by accident not choice. I made some distance as quickly as possible. No second chances with those bad bears. Be well and keep in touch. Stan

Yes, mama would have chased you away or catch you to teach to the cubs how to eat tasty meat ..... I learned Grizzley is the worst, he even digs up hybernating black bears for a meal ....

No problem Saad. I saw what you meant about the real sky. I called it Wild Blue as you read because of the provider. The sky was early in the morning before it was more blue. It was a spontaneous shot with my double meaning. Sometimes my mind is looking for something different. Hope all is well with you and that time is finally helping your situation in Iraq. I continually thing of all of you hoping for a good end to all of this. I know how hard it must be to live in such uncertain times. I am so glad I am connected to you and am able to share our thoughts about something we love like photography. Nice to have something that can bond us through all of this upheaval in your country. My best to all and my friend the gnome sends his regards as well. Be well, Stan

Hi Harry, glad you liked my teddy bear. I have seen many bears in the wild and even running across the road in the early morning when they are eating berries before going to sleep for the winter. Have seen some Grizzlies as well. I have always given them plenty of room. One time I came across two cubs of a black bear. Did not see mama so I turned around and made so quick progress out of the deeply wooded area. I certainly did not want to find mama with the cubs around. Had me breathing hard making tracks out of the vicinity. Be well, Stan

No, beware, a tree is the refuge for young black bears and female bears. The place cannot be reached by coyotes or dominant male black bears ( they are to heavy ). What a privilege to have these bears so nearby.

Thanks Dave, just having some fun with this but also grateful to have link to the rest of the world as well. Did not realize how much information was really available until I blew up the TV and started tracking the world as the world sees itself. Less spin and more reality. Be well, Stan

Hi Harry, without this Satellite connection I would probably not have even got into the digital world. Glad I did, this has been a great learning experience for me. Here is a picture sent to me by a friend in Pony Montana taken in her yard this weekend. This is a very healthy Black Bear. I think he likes the apples. Who said you would be safe climbing a tree from one of these guys. Holy Moly Batman!!! Be well, Stan

Stan, Not bad having this wireless internet. It keeps you connected to us. I saw a nice documentary about bears. Black, brown, grizzley. It was well set up and many nice shot also including Montana. It gave me good info about his life, feeding pattern and raising bear kids and enemies. Impressive, I enjoyed it a lot. Harry

This is my internet connection. No television by choice. I have had phone lines for 15 years, but where I live there is no cell phone coverage. The hills block the line of sight from the cell phone towers. Many challenges in the rural setting. This satellite service is fairly reliable except when we get big storms. The snow can cover this dish completely and block the signal. Also heavy rain storms will block the signal. Be well, Stan

Thanks Saad, I will try and see what that will do. Satellite internet is my only choice for high speed access. Only available recently in Montana. Wild Blue is the name of the provider. Dial up was not good with multiple computers. We have a publishing business and use several computers daily.. Be well, Stan

Its great to see that the connection came to you, otherwise we could have never seen each oters' life and your area through your eyes!! Technics are something we mostly like and sometimes not, as we seem have to be always in touch, my our mobiles or otherwise:) Luckely there is always a button on it:) Happy to meet you my dear Stan, even if its from the other end of the world:) Hugs Jen
