Hi RG, I blew up the TV due to the complete political and corporate bias that we are subjected to. I listen to a little news on NPR but there is some bias there as well. When I read news from Europe and Asia I can not believe it is the same story as reported here. The sound of the stuff hitting the fan is only the tip I am afraid. We will have to become our brothers keeper as time goes by. I hope that this will be an election that is actually decided by us and not irregularities. I too hope for a real change and some new hope. I am really discouraged after the last 7 years of half truths and deception. I hope your weekend is good for you and the traveling easy..

Yes slowly recovering, I should be good in a couple of days :)
Hopefully my trip will be painless, I hear you about traveling these days. Money has dried up everywhere GG, I avoid watching the new everyday so I don't get depressed. Things are not good. Hopefully comes November and we can make a real change :)

Thanks Arian, I am glad you liked it. This wheat grass is all over my yard and is such a delicate and lovely shape. The sunset was lighting up the ground with it's red reflections and just wanted to see if I could catch some of the light.

Thanks Ania, I was using a garage sale P&S Nikon and was limited on the settings. I still like the tones and background. Playing with some sunset light. I was glad that you won that award. Nice recognition for you consistent quality of so many of your images. You have some great talent!!

Hi RG, good to hear from you. Glad you liked this one. Simple is what I like on this one and the background really surprised me when I saw it in the download. I played with some selective saturation to give it a little more color. Hope you are feeling better for the Vegas trip. Never fun flying when you are not feeling good. I fly seldom but it always kicks my but. I have a hard time waiting and dealing with the pain of traveling these days. My trip to New York last year was an all day process. I bet your work has been crazy with all the turmoil in the markets and financing for operation loans. Money has really dried up around these parts.
