I agree about the DOF but with this kind of street candid there's not always time to make the necessary adjustments.When I get time I might do some photoshop to get a shallower dof.Thanks for commenting, Tony

Just the right moment with the smoke, and just the right haircut with the guy behind! Brent may have a point about the DOF as it's a little busy, but perhaps the G6 does not give that much flexibility. A familiar compromise - my old Minolta used to have a flip up LCD which meant I could shoot close without people realising I was doing so.

There's so much emotion in everyone in this image. Very nicely captured. I think perhaps the depth of field could have been a little shorter, but still a very nice image. Good work!

With my unobtrusive tilt and twist Canon G6 I can get extremely close....my wife would say ..dangerously !This wasn't taken in Camden Town ... Tony
