About ...at least a landscape by me...lol... under not the lighting I hope, I had to change the sky (taken from another shot) and also I increase a bit the colors... unfortunately I have a foggy middle area that I could not fix it... anyway that is the landscape I dream someday to see out of my window...some day...

thanks for watching!

John, the main thing is you are enjoying the process. that is what is fun about all of the possibilities that one has in the capture and the post process. I am only a few months into using digital and am just into a computer the last year. I learn every day and I find I am only at the threshold of so much more. Continued success to you, I enjoy your eye and what you present here.
Be well, Stan

Hi My Dear Friend John!
I like this landscape with olive trees. Like in my country. And I know very well the difficulty of taking a shot under the fort lighting like under the Aegean Sky.
Very nice landscape with natural elements.
Thanks for your share.
Warm Regards.
Your Friend Ali

thanks dear Nicole... believe me, the shot was very bad... not that now is good...hahaha... yea, the colors are very bad in far distances into the field, something that proofs the difficulties I had on the exposure...even with that (changed) nice sky! :-)

thanks very mcuh Stan for your kind comment, yea, I agree strongly with James...
about the sky it was very easy job... believe me, a mask on a simple overexposed white sky isn't big deal, that mask can create an object that pasted on the second shot, then I create a mask on that shot and again an object that I paste here...
p.s. mask is how Corel name the objects or layers, I use Photo Paint and PaintshopX2...

real nice capture John. great boost of colors, do you try different layer with different exposure for the middle area, maybe you could improve it a little bit more.
Otherwise, it's a picture directly from paradise. Very nicely done my fiend.

Hallo my friend John - this landscape looks very natural to me and I think the color turned out well- You didn't even have to tell us anything :))
BUT- all that you did to enhance the image turned out very well - and I do like it very much - !!!

This landscape creates a great holidays mood. I smell the odor of herbs and I hear the crickets. It is nice to compose a window view like this in post processing but if not real, you should also show the door, not the window, to get outside and don't forget to take you camera with you :-)
best regards,
Paul

hi john. the image itself is good i think. i think you could improve it slightly by adjusting the brightness/contrast. increase contrast +5-8, decrease brightness by an equal amount maybe.

in fact, i just tried this (attached below), also used smart sharpen and saturated a little bit. I also noted two dark spots in the sky just right of centre (eliminated in my attachment). maybe your sensor needs cleaning as well.
