About	This is the result of my latest visit to the Longsheng region in northern Guangxi province. I have other photos from this area deeper in my portfolio, which can be used for comparison. My aim this year is to get images from this area in all four seasons. The terraces are distinctly different in spring (planting of the rice), summer (the rice growing to full height), fall (after the harvest and changing colours) and winter (terraces covered with snow), and are beautiful in all four. Will be back there in October 2008 to catch the golden fall colours.

Hi Sascha... I havent tried it in black and white, I just think the colours in this part of China are too rich to do that.
