As already said, the fence is a bit disturbing. Now depends on how you feel about using Photoshop. You could delete the background altogether and replace it with another image or you could blur the fence a lot more leaving the image of the young lady as is.
I took the liberty of making the latter adjustment using the quick mask mode.

Actually, Jim, Alien Bee makes a pretty lightweight softbox that is essentially a square umbrella. Only weighs about 3 pounds. You can see it here:

Rachel is great, I love her hair blown away the one side. Truly I have no problem with the fence it ads a nice compositional brake to the scene.

This yard was on a steep hillside, and was ringed entirely by this fence - it was unavoidable.

I guess I could have stood her up on a chair to get this shot, but me shooting upward yielded a pretty blank sky, which was not as attractive as a distant hill behind her.
