About Yep, another one of those great summer storms that scour Illinois. This on was more to the south of us. The lightning and wind and rain was well off in the left-hand distance. But for some reason I don't understand (welllllll.... ok, I do understand the reason... see, men, most men... umm, some men, when they have a bit of land, and they have the need to "go"... and there is no moonlight, or very little moonlight... and the neighbor widow is sleeping or maybe sleeping... that is a reason to go out) I went outside and I saw the sky... the wonderful, divided near-night sky. I have always said, "The storm has to end somewhere." and tonight it ended just a bit above and to the north of my place.

A single shot cropped... but not in PS... some small program I use to crop and resize... I HATE all that other manipulating stuff.

Now that's what I call foreboding! Very dramatic shot. You can practically feel the weight of the clouds pressing down. Is this a stitched panoramic or a single shot cropped in PS.

Now if you want to stop the lens from kicking back, you will just have to stop kicking it in the first place. :)
