great shot,the greatest idea for a man looking for one,a very beautiful composition full of concepts and very expressive and very meaningful,I have to prefer the color version over the B&W one for very obvious reason,
the past is black and white,and the present is colorful,bot in concept,meaning,events,and reality,
the past is represented by the photo at the wall which is black by all meanings,and the present is represented by colorful present life,my best regards ,

Well seen. The composition is good with two people naturally framed in the bus.
The man with the beard descending from the bus could have been born in 1940 but I assume he is still a bit younger.
I assume that the bus stops here at bus station. In that case the photo could have been taken with other people as well. It needs some patience but here a little bit luck can be forced by the photographer by .... waiting. Some minutes later you could have captured other much older people descending as well. And believe me that waiting for a bus would be also a much more pleasant waste of time :-)
The photo is already good but it could have been better considering the poster would be still there for hours.
The B&W version is the best I think. Good choice,
