Hello dear arif - what a great comment my friend - Thank You ...your thoughts are greatly appreciated - generally in this town we have more tourism in the summers but the USA seems to be having lots of troubles and besides the weather not being so friendly until recently our financial problems are growing since tourism is our only in-come for the city , but it sure is peaceful :))

Very nice shot Michele. The horizontal bands of rich colour create an attractive composition.

We don't have a coast here in Luxembourg!!!I live not far away from Luxembourg City.When we want to go on a coast we have to go to Belgium ( an 2 hour ride) or Germany ( that is not so close) We also can go on Holland.I miss the beach and the waves...therefore I'm always glad when i am on such a place!!!

Dear Michele, we notice that the winds are blowing at their pace, sometimes smoothly, sometimes by uncontrolled forces. Even hazard is no hazard anymore after it happened. So much to tell and everybody knows, so much to know and not everybody knows. Even today we know so much about hazards that hazards get predictable, I'm afraid that love is not, that's why we have so many friends maybe :-)

I love your thoughts and observations - This fog bank that blows along the horizon is tubular for sure - and is fairly consistant in this area especially ...
I have photographed it for years in the summers when it gets hot in-land it generally blows around and facinates me as well-

You got me thinking now about how far from the ocean are You in Luxemberg ? I could look it up but then I am just curious even if you are on the coast or in-land ...?
I love, love, love your Carribean shots on the beach - they have that WARM humid feel to them - 'no people in coats ' - haha!!! altho in this shot there are no people , just the wind-swept sands ....and that lavendar fog bank !
Yes I wish for You a warm and not so windy week-end as well my dear !

Full of beautiful moving layers of blue and the most gorgeous color of the sand, so very special shot indeed, excellent presentation of this windy day on your beach ... do love all tonal range on this shot and it has again an abstract feel for my eyes what I do like also and in the same time it looks like amazing painting ... :)

Dear Michele,
this is not an ordinary beach holiday shot. I love the layered composition with contrasting tones and colors. And what is most striking for me to discover in particular is the turbulent horizon, not flat and boring but full of movement. It gets closer showing up more and more details if better looking at it. Positive promises which deserve highest note. Big hug from me.
