Well, b&w or duotone takes away most of the fact that i am looking at an IR image (see the odd blue toning), so i would have focussed more directly at the people and the scene on the whole you see .. just because you let the tones i did not capture the sense of your photo .. just my feel Dan !

Hi Peter, I am not sure what you are saying. Converting this shot to duotone or B&W makes almost no difference that I can see, do you mean more contrast? Sorry I am just trying to understand what you are saying or asking

Hi Peter I agree about being too far away. But the mood of this shot I was trying to show was, and old couple on the sand, behind the yacht house and the tighter crop I have doesn't show that. I only had my IR camera with me, saw this cute old couple so took the shot spur of the moment. The shot was not to display IR, but the mood

Firing your cam at every possible scene Dan ? Well, i don't think this is a strong one, as you are too far away from the people .. furthermore IR has little added value as there is almost no vegetation .. imho ;-) Peter
