Thank you very much for your support.
I used the Corel PaintShopPro, a background and 3 layers mixed with deferent Blend Mode: Overlay, Screen, Deference; for background I used a top to bottom gradient colors and the others layers contains the original image painted with large brushes and deferent colors; the sun was achieved via 'Sunburst illumination effect' applied on final image.

Very very exciting colors - almost a watercolor postcard, Vandi! The part of the protruding poppy at the left could have been cloned out for absolute integrity of composition, though it doesn't really disturb that much because the eyes are attracted by the center of the image very strongly. The hazy "sun" and the reflection-like blue shines add a very special touch! Very good work indeed!
BTW, how did you achieved this, if I may ask?
