Oh wow, another awesome shot... how beautiful they are when flying in formation and you were lucky that the lead bird had it's feet in such a position that it was centered perfectly in the trio. I love how different their colorings are, yet blend together nicely. Very beautiful to see this... like a bird ballet! Mmm... keep up the good work! I am returning to Bodega Bay over Labor Day for a week... can't wait! I heard that there are more birds drawn to this area than most any place in California. I will certainly need a longer lens by then! Where were you standing for this shot? Was it Doran Park? Good work, Rich!!! 7/7 and into my favs it goes.
