In the zoo, through thick scratched and finger printed glass, polariser. Was too busy trying to get some quick pics to check the shutter speed ;-).
I can see a very slight movement of his head that's all, again hand held and 1/20 sec. I think what helped here was I was so focused that my hands didn't move.
I adjusted the ISO not long after this shot to get faster shutters, once I finally woke up from my stare ;-).
Someways that makes they better portrait photo's, always natural and not trying to pose.

always great to see wildlife, natural placed or just in zoo... and that is a great image...
the quality is pretty good Dan, I don't think there is a problem in blurness ... I believe that the motion was pretty fast so you manage well the exposure... ok, perchaps it could be more ISO and faster shutter BUT still the result is excellent for me... hehehe... after all, wildlife are NOT people to...pose for us! ;-)

Cant see to much wrong with the hand held Dan. Great shot. Its maine looks a bit like Jens :)) just not as long :)) Excellent exposure. Colours came out good. Cheers Keith:) :)
