I am torn - part of me agrees with Filip and part of me likes the natural effect of the light pole and the ambivalence it lends to the photo.
The man behind the light pole is anonymous and anonymity is what we often seek yet he is conspicuous for it. He is there but not part of the conversation and yet that is itself a dialogue...

This is really good as well. I like how you captured them in a natural moment...very nicely done. I just wish the light pole wasn't right in front of the guy's face, blocking him. This is the only downside that I can see. I would crop him out and just leave the 3 characters interacting together...you can make it into a square image. The fourth one with his face obscured looks like an outsider anyway. Good job!
