The Mark I is a very nice pistol Ernie...Most are Smooth and Reliable...Keep 'um coming...

Walt, I'm sure the rubberband would deteroiate and leave a mess. The guy was selling this pistol and had that on there to keep the bolt closed.

I hope you don't leave that rubber band on the weapon. As it slowly decomposes it may leave a horrible looking mark on the finish. I have a Mark II Bull Barrel.
