Just had a peek at your website...man...your images are superb! It has been wonderful to see the quality and quick development of your photographs! You have used your camera to its very limitations to great effect. The D300 will expand the horizons of the possibilities in difficult lighting with some practice. Especially in lowlight situations. either way the important thing is that you keep shooting, as that is the most important thing for development. Awesome site, I am very impressed!

I am up way passed bed time so i will keep it short...Right now I am in the mountains shooting up a storm between storms...mostly it is raining or snowing here but when the time is right there is plenty of drama.
As to cameras....Go for the D300 even though It has not been a easy transition for me as i explained it is 20 more complex then the other bodies....it will take while to weed out all the possible combinations to get consistently even images...but then it also has some new options that once you figure out how to use them make this a camera that stands out in the crowd. the D80 seems like a toy afterward....but one that takes good shots and is a good body for travels that makes good shots consistently.

thanks Tim. I normally travel heavily during may to July. I work in the markets with my medical represenatives calling on Doctors and Pharma retail shops. Currently im doing that and will be roeaming around India for the coming months. How are you doing ? Its great to hear from you again. Hows the D300 performing ? I am thinking abt upgrading my D50 now. Im stuck between, another D80 , or the D200 or the D300. Totally confused.
