Hello Jerry.
I was at the spot early in the morning and there was no light at all on the bridge. So me and my wife waited (half of us patiently) for the sun light to hit the entire bridge. As you can see, we didn't wait enough. Camera, lens, aperture, time, film type, uncle and wife factor should be taken into consideration for a good shot. Ha ha.
