That'a a name I gave to this sweet girl in Beypazari (her real name was Melike). Her family is from Mardin, in South-East Turkey, from where they migrated to the suburbs of Ankara to have a better living. Migration to big cities is a common and painful social phenomenon in Turkey. She is the youngest of a family with five children. Unlike her elder brothers and sister, she still can't speak Turkish. Well, I hardly speak Kurdish, nonetheless it was very easy to communicate with this cute & always laughing little girl. :-) The shadow on her face belongs to her elder brother who was takin care of her.
Increased sharpness and saturation. My gratitude to Umit Yuksel for his contribution of the blurry effect.
Actually, that was not me, but a friend of mine who did the blurry effect.
I asked him about the details, here they are:
1) He created a second layer thru copying.
2) He blurred the second layer via Gaussian Blur (with pixels ranging 30 to 50)
3) He erased the face and hair on the blurry second layer. First, he used a big brush, around the size of the face, then a smaller one to adjust the details. Thus, he obtained this blurry transition.
