Outstanding image in both abstract and macro photography. I might have been interested to see what would have happened by raising the brightness and/or contrast to lose some of the shadows in the folds of the petals, leaving the purple fringes more to their own devices.
Nothing wrong with the frame treatment, I'm just not a big fan, in this case though it is a bit distracting(IMHO) :)---very nice--ron s.

Beautiful Giuseppe! Like a mounstain stream - wants to jump into it! The colours are beautiful with the whites very well controlled, choice of DoF just right to introduce a softness to the image and nice flowing lines from the bottom upwards. Fine work my friend!
