On location, change to EV +1 to shoot in the shade like this with full sun behind her. However, don't FORGET to reset that exposure dial when y'all move along. ;)

Thanks for your comment Visar. It is greatly appreciated. The model couldn't wait to put this dress on and model it. She bought it specifically for our shoot. I have many shots of her in this dress with different backdrops, poses and looks.

I like this one, firstly for the mere fact that it is not in some pretentious setting but rather showing her dress in the environment where one lives.
in addition, she really looks fine with it. and the background scenery is what gives much of sense to it.
