Well, the bottom of the image contradicts the nice architecture, Gustavo, which I hope the image itself depicts in some adequate way nonetheless.
Florence has a very human version of spectacularity, and as such you never feel too small in front of that but rather as an integrated, welcome part of it all.
Cheers!

It is hard to get some view of Florence that isn't "nice", Claudia! I hope that the images do some justice to that incredible city.
Cheers!

Well, I ahve quite the same feeling about the bottom, Dave, so let's crop and see. The attached image avoids that difference at the bottom at the expense of only a bit of additional depth. So I think you are absolutely right.
Best think would be of course to be able to "elevate" from that view point - a ladder or something. But if this is not possible then a bit of a turn of the camera upwards along with a small zoom-in to avoid too much sky would be the right way to go.
Thanks a lot!

I like the rooftop views you've got here, Nick, with the cathedral rising above it all. Possibly cropping the bottom might work, as that part is quite different from the rest of the detail in the image. Dave.
