Just cropped this one a bit as it was standing there by itself in the open field, just very nearby, great look, even doing its 'thing' :)
You're right about the colours, they seem to look all the same, but not true at all! Thanks anyway for your comment, just being home....must be strange and quiet.....sleep well! xxJen

Isn't it amazing how animals blend into their surroundings? You think of zebras as black and white, but this chap is definitely black and dry grass colour. He's got a fine haircut and uh oh, hold on a mo, what's going on here? Some guys will do anything to attract attention! Excellent shot that is also great fun.

3 of your mentioned favourite countries are mine too dear Nicki, just Alaska I havent been, isnt it terribly cold over there, or just nice in summer? New Zealand I still would love to go there, have friends there as well! Australia is was when I was young...pity I didnt have a good camera then! When I drove from Holland to Capetown by car 3 years ago, saw a lot of different countries, thats another amazing way of travelling;) But you have to be a bit young for that, getting a bit old for driving 30.000 km in one time...:) But it was a wonderful trip, sleeping on top of the car, meeting all this people, but I must say, I prefer animals most of the time....lolll
Yes I have been in Luxembourg quite some times, I went camping with my 2 kids all over there and going on to France always try to get fuell in your cheap petrol stations:)) Are you from Holland or born in Luxembourg? kiss Jenxx

No I don't have Jen!!Sometimes we got a special shot like this one...and that is so amazing and funny:)))! It not easy to say which country I liked the most,cause I think every country has his own beauty.I like Australia,Namibia ,Alaska and New Zealand very much!But all the other countries too...LOL!!! I like Holland very much too...it is not far away and with all the dikes...so very beautiful!Were you one time in Luxembourg??

Somehow zebra's can be easy to capture, if close by, was very lucky with this one, in wild they are hard to catch, unless you have big camera, climbing out of the car or sit on a high truck, txs for liking it dear! Hugs Jenxx
