About Some boats and the atmosphere of the evening. What more can one need for some silent image? This one and the next two are at almost the same place at Lake Zurich.

I'd be glad to read any comments.

And nobody else thought of that up to now, Andre, which demonstrates perhaps a kind of looking at images here, that stays rather on the surface of things. ;-)

The contrails here were indeed long enough on the sky for deforming. I wish I had more of them anyway, be them deformed or not.

Going to your image now!

It's only my impression, Vandi, and I am glad that you told me yours. Many different eyes, many different views, and that's a good thing!

Cheers,

Nick

Hi Nick,
I thought it was quite a clever title. I wish I had thought of that title for this one from a couple of years ago. My contrails are fresher in this shot, but yours seem to have been in the sky for some time longer.

Well, I admit you are right. The sky seems huge.

I find that they enhance the direction of deopth and distance, Vandy. They look rather distant and running to the depth to me.

Thanks a lot for the nice detailed comment!

If somebody can read the message, then that's Andre - no doubt about that! You hit once again the nail on its head. Indeed contrails of passing planes and thus they are now the routes that already have been - the routes of the past. I wish more people would look as carefully, Andre!

Thanks a lot for the great and detailed comment!

The aspect of the sky (that tracks) deteriorate the tranquillity of the atmosphere. But the boats seems to rest very well.

Hi Nick,
You caught that peaceful, end of the day look with this one. I like the proportions of the sky to the water. Interesting shapes in the clouds too. They might be old contrails from passing planes. That's what I thought of when I saw the title.

Magistral la composición, solo la encuentro un poco oscura en el ángulo inferior izquierdo, un poquito más de exposición no le habría venido mal...;-)

Un gran abrazo!
