About	Blufftop Coastal Park, Half Moon Bay. Red-tailed Hawk. Since August to present a large congregation of voles in Half Moon Bay, is attracting Kites, Hawks, Falcons and Herons. These supreme predators have been actively hunting the fields of Bluff top Coastal Park. Among the species we have: White-tailed Kites, Red- tailed Hawks, Red shouldered Hawks, Cooper's Hawks, Northern Harriers, Kestrels and Great Blue Herons. It has been a great experience to see their different hunting strategies, their interactions within their own species and also their behavior among different species. I wish this unique biological event will last forever, but I guess its ephemeral nature is what makes this experience so wonderful.
