I like the contrast and the picture too. You allow me to make a single sugestion, if you focuse on the foreground I think the background will also be sharp and so you should better see how dirty the beach really is. Greatings;

The contrast (between clean and dirty, beauty and the ugliness) that you wanted to portray here is realy stark. Had there been any environmental project here, it ought to have gone under that. But apart from that, I do like those colourful beach umbrellas. They make such an interesting linear formation on the top part of the photo. That dash of colour in this otherwise dull surrounding looks realy wonderful.
